Message dated May 12 was read, stating the House passed and                                         
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 359(RLS)                                          
with the following amendment:                                                                       
                                                                                                    
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                       
          359(FIN) "An Act relating to organization grants for                                      
          mergers, consolidations, or unifications involving                                        
          third class boroughs; and relating to identification by                                   
          the Local Boundary Commission of areas that meet                                          
          the standards for borough incorporation."                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House
